First Timer FAQs

“What should I wear?”
Comfortable workout clothing that lets you move. Grip socks are required for all classes (and sold at the studio if needed).
“Do I need to bring anything?”
Just yourself. We provide the reformer, props, and a welcoming space.
“Is it suitable for beginners?”
Yes - absolutely! Our instructors give modifications for every level and will guide you through proper form from day one.
“How do I book?”
All bookings are made through The House Reformer app - available on iOS and Android.
