Steph discovered Pilates over eight years ago while navigating the challenges of PCOS and Endometriosis, seeking better postural alignment and an effective low-impact workout.
Captivated by the practice, she advanced her skills on the reformer while living in Edinburgh. Driven by her passion, she completed her mat and reformer training to guide others on their own Pilates journeys.
Like all of our Reformer Pilates team, Pete is a Level 3 qualified instructor.
An initial interest in maintaining an active, sporting lifestyle led him to mat Pilates. And, having enjoyed mat, but looking for a further challenge, he progressed to using Reformer in 2018. Impressed by the results of the low impact, whole body approach, he decided to go further and took the extra steps toward becoming an instructor.
When not teaching or taking a Reformer Pilates class, Pete enjoys golf, walking the dog and holidaying with his family.
After years devoted to raising my family as a full-time mum, I decided to channel my long-standing passion for Reformer Pilates into a purposeful career. What began as a personal interest quickly grew into a way of life, and I was inspired to formalize my training and become a certified instructor.
My time as a full-time mum taught me firsthand the value of self-care, balance, and maintaining physical wellbeing amidst life’s demands. I bring this understanding to every session, creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, encouraged, and capable. My goal is to guide people of all backgrounds toward strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
I first discovered Pilates around 10 years ago online to build my flexibility and strength and then a couple years later fell in love with in person classes and how they made me feel.
I completed my mat and reformer training alongside my 9-5, after qualifying I decided to leave the corporate life to pursue something I’m so passionate about!
I love that Pilates works the whole body yet you’ll still leave class feeling relaxed.
My style of teaching mixed the original classical repertoire along with a contemporary approach. You’ll leave my classes feeling lengthened, strengthened and aligned.
For the past 10 years I’ve been a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I did my Mat Pilates training but it wasn’t until I did my reformer training that I decided to pursue teaching it.
I love that reformer Pilates incorporates strength, core stability and flexibility in one session. I strive to make sessions both challenging and enjoyable, ensuring that you leave the class feeling fabulous!
Eve has been teaching mat Pilates for a few years now and is so excited to launch reformer Pilates with us! She adores the fact that Pilates works the whole body and will bring challenging work to you but will ensure you have enough support to work at a level at which you feel confident.
As a breathwork teacher too, she is planning to bring different breathwork techniques after some of the classes, to bring calm and relaxation into the body and mind.
